You are welcome to rent a workstation at our fully equipped studio in M7 and create your own “Made in Qatar” piece of art/wearable. Your workstation includes access to:
– work table with pattern cutting tools
– industrial sewing machine and overlock machine ( 3/5-thread)
– An iron system
– A library where you can find technical books as well as inspiration for your project
– full range mannequins (From Sizes UK 8- 24)
You can bring your own fabrics or purchase materials from our in house stock ( please confirm availability at the time of booking) 3 metres of pattern paper is included in your session.

We are collecting books all over the world for you and have selected and chosen a range of books on the topics of art / creating / techniques / history / fashion which are available for you to read and research in for free while at the cutting studio.
We hope The Cutting Studio will not only be a service provider in the creation of beautiful things, but a space that sheds light on the complex journey and history of making, where you walk away feeling creative and in awe of all things you own.
Please treat our selection with care and ask one of our staff in case you would like to have copies made.
